Eunice Naa Oyoo Addo Mensah is an accomplished Human Capital and Business Strategy professional with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience spanning corporate governance, organizational development, and talent strategy across Ghana’s leading institutions. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Skylee Investment Limited, where she leads the firm’s mission to connect individuals, families, and businesses in Ghana with globally trusted life insurance and wealth protection solutions through the company’s strategic partnership with GPI Europe.

Prior to founding Skylee, Eunice held several senior leadership roles within the Jospong Group of Companies, including serving as Human Capital Manager at Zoomlion Ghana Limited and Head of HR and Administration across multiple regional operations. In these roles, she was instrumental in driving workforce planning, succession management, policy development, and employee engagement strategies that supported over 10,000 employees nationwide.

Eunice is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana, and holds an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School. She also earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast.

Mr. Emmanuel Appiah is a seasoned operations executive with over a decade of hands-on leadership in operations management, strategic planning, and marketing. As Chief Operating Officer of Skylee Investment Limited, he is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth initiatives, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service.

His career spans diverse sectors, including finance, marketing, and corporate services, where he has excelled in project execution, client relationship management, and team leadership. Emmanuel has successfully led operational teams, introduced efficiencydriven processes, and spearheaded market expansion strategies that have strengthened client acquisition and retention.

Trained in biomedical engineering with strong IT capabilities, Emmanuel brings a unique technical perspective to operational challenges. His expertise extends to facility and fleet management, technology support, and compliance oversight.
